We’re thrilled to welcome Ronald Williams of Acupuncture, Health & Wellness for a gentle, grounding evening of Qi Gong as part of our Winter Wellness Sampler 2026.

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese medicine mind body practice that blends simple postures, slow movement, and steady breathing. It has been used for thousands of years to promote and restore health. Think of it as quiet strength building from the inside out.

On this New Year’s Day, we’re reminded that winter isn’t just something to get through — it’s a season for rest, reflection, and renewal. In nature, this is the quiet time: composting, restoring, and getting ready for spring. We need that fallow space, too.

That spirit is at the heart of our Winter Wellness Sampler 2026 — eight Friday evenings of gentle movement, meditation, and restorative practices to help you slow down and reconnect during the darkest months of the year.

• A beautiful new home at the renovated Ipswich Community House
• An earlier start — January 23 through March 20

�Join us Saturdays at 8:30am on beautiful Pavilion Beach in Ipswich starting Memorial Day weekend (tomorrow – May 24)!
Move, breathe, and flow with the sound of the waves and the salt air on your skin. No mat needed – just bring a beach towel, sunscreen, and bug spray.
