🎉 Congratulations everyone.
You survived the first week after Daylight Saving Time.
Your reward is:
• still being tired
• still wondering why your sleep schedule is weird
• and finally remembering what day it is again.
As a chiropractor, I have one piece of advice going into the weekend:
Sleep.
Stretch.
Move your body.
And try not to invent any new experimental sleeping positions that we have to fix next week. 😆
