Starting is exciting… but consistency is what actually changes your life.
There are no awards for beginning only for showing up again and again. Most of us bite off too much, burn out, then quit. Real change happens when you choose one simple habit and commit to it daily. Small actions, done consistently over time, create massive results.
Don’t aim to “do everything.” Aim to become the kind of person who shows up every day who moves their body, fuels it well, and keeps going even when it’s boring.
That’s how habits become identity. That’s how progress becomes permanent.
