Meditation teaches you to observe your thoughts instead of being controlled by them.

Peace can sit with it.

Most people chase comfort because it feels good right now, but that often leads to anxiety, restlessness, and avoidance. Peace is different. Peace comes from stability, boundaries, discipline, and making hard choices — not from escaping discomfort.

Comfort is short-term relief.
Peace is long-term contentment.
