Sounds and Flow is this Sunday from 1-2:30pm. All are welcome to join Dianne for this magical class filled with gentle flowing poses, beautiful music and then finish the practice with restorative yoga to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yoga is an opportunity to be curious about who you are. It’s not a work out, although with regular practice you will become stronger and more flexible. It’s not therapy, as there is not talking or discussion. It’s for the young, and the old, it’s for every body willing to try. It’s a practice of breath, physical poses, and mindful awareness of your actions. Yoga practice helps us quiet the mind so we can hear the language of our hearts ❤️
