So excited to have Bryan!

Introducing. Second Saturday Sound Healing! 10:30 am on March 14! The first of many Saturdays to come!

Step into a transformative sound experience that blends music, meditation, and mind-body awareness. In this class, you will be guided through a rich tapestry of sound using singing bowls, traditional flutes, piano, guitar, percussion, and vocalizations. Each session integrates guided imagery, breath work, and meditative practices while exploring both interoceptive awareness, tuning into your internal sensations, and exteroceptive perception, attuning to the environment around you. These practices foster deep relaxation, emotional release, and heightened presence.

Bryan began his college studies as a music major, completing two years of intensive coursework in world music, jazz, voice, piano, music theory, and music history before transferring to pursue a psychology degree. With over two decades as a professional musician and healer, he brings a unique integration of musical mastery and scientific insight. His deep study of neuroscience and neuropsychology informs every aspect of the class, from the intentional selection of sound modalities to interactive musical experiences that support personal insight, emotional balance, and cognitive clarity. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, creative inspiration, or personal transformation, this class offers a holistic journey into the power of sound.”

Call or text Bryan to reserve your spot!

Now that the Olympic Winter Games have wrapped up, one thing is clear: Whole-body muscle health is everything.

From skiers carving down mountains, to hockey players accelerating on ice, to figure skaters landing explosive jumps — winter sports demand strength, balance, coordination, stability, and endurance working together.

It’s not just powerful legs.
It’s core control.
It’s upper-body strength.
It’s joint stability.
It’s muscular endurance in freezing conditions.

When we train the body as one connected system, we:
❄️ Improve balance and stability
❄️ Reduce injury risk (especially knees, hips, and shoulders)
❄️ Support joint health and posture
❄️ Build resilience for everyday movement
❄️ Maintain strength and mobility as we age

The Winter Games remind us that performance isn’t about one strong muscle — it’s about a strong, well-balanced body.

You don’t need to compete on ice or snow to train like it matters.

Build strength. Train balance. Protect your whole body.
Your future self will thank you. 💪

What Muscles Does This Sport Use? ⛸ Speed Skating Edition

Speed skaters generate incredible power with every stride.

They rely on:
• Glutes for explosive push-off
• Quads for sustained strength
• Hips for mobility and efficiency
• Shoulder and pectoralis strength for arm control

Hip strength and mobility are also key for everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, and getting up from a chair.

Taking care of your hips now can help prevent knee and back issues later.

What Muscles Does This Sport Use? 🎿 Ski Jump Edition

Ski jumpers combine strength, balance, and precise timing.

This event relies on:
• Leg strength for takeoff power
• Core for body control in the air
• Hips and glutes for stable landings

Landing mechanics are important for everyone—not just athletes. Proper strength and control can help protect the knees and lower back during daily activities.

Training stability helps your body absorb impact safely.

What Muscles Does This Sport Use? 🛷 Luge Edition

Luge athletes travel at high speeds while maintaining precise body control.

This sport depends on:
• Core muscles for full-body stability
• Legs for steering and control
• Neck and shoulders to maintain positioning

Even in everyday life, strong core and neck support can help reduce strain—especially for those who sit for long periods or experience tension.

Stability is key for both performance and injury prevention.
