Over on IG we asked what classes, new and old, you’d like to see on our schedule and a few people said photography—it’s been a minute! 📸 ⁣

Foam Rolling 101 - Grab your roller or order one. You'll be glad you did!

This is a self-myofascial release technique, aka self-massage. If you're a repetitive motion athlete like a runner, cyclist or swimmer, this is a must! If you're tired of ongoing muscle tightness and/or soreness give this a try and aim for 2-3 sessions/week to really see the benefits.

Foam rolling is a self-massage technique using a foam roller. Benefits include easing muscle pain, improved range of motion and relaxation to name just a few...

A Low-Impact Cardio workout! I have to say, this one just feels nice. Some days you just don't need all that jumping around and/or impact on the body. Don't get me wrong, it's not low-intensity and you'll be able to bring your heart rate up. Have a good day and a great workout, folks!

This cardio session will get you moving and grooving with less impact. You'll just need some space and have a mat handy for the end of the workout.

Guys, find a spot where you have a step.. preferably one change in level. A bottom step at a staircase can work just be careful. If you don’t have a step for...

Total Body Conditioning! Grab some weights (or something resembling), a mat and a chair. Compound movements will ensure that your heart rate stay elevated even when we’re doing our strength exercises. Don’t be afraid to break this into a couple sessions if you’d prefer, just make sure to warm up if you do jump back in partway through. Have a great workout, guys!

We're using compound movements to fire up several muscle groups at once! This is a tough one, but I assure you it's very doable! Several modifications are of...

Here’s a note from our very own Sarah L:
“Believe it or not, I sit quite a bit these days. Sitting for too long leaves me feeling tight and achey. Here’s a quick series of mobility moves. These are nice for simply stretching out or for warming up before a workout.”
