The Sacred Path continues.

Studio Dara will soon be launching our Sacred Path 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, a Yoga Alliance-approved advanced certification for teachers ready to deepen their practice and expand their understanding of yoga.

This program explores advanced Hatha and Vinyasa practice, yogic philosophy, subtle body studies, teaching methodology, and personal self-study.

It will also include a Meditation Teacher Certification, recognizing meditation as an essential pillar of the yogic path.

Our first cohort will be starting soon.

Let’s give our newest instructor a warm welcome!!!

Amy Perry is an Intervention Specialist and School Counselor as well as a former Track and Field Coach of 17 years. She recently completed her RYT 200 and is certified through Yoga Alliance. She is looking forward to combining her educational, counseling and coaching background with her yoga practice in order to share her practice with others. She will be subbing and teaching various classes and workshops.

A certified personal trainer and health coach is on staff for private sessions and meal plan development to help you change your habits and increase overall health success. We also offer a wide range of wellness services including meditation and reiki therapy through the studio owner who is also a reiki certified practitioner.
