OM, Curtis Vogel had a great time with Cub Scout Pack 3323 at the Hurley American Legion this week. This great group of kids learned all about what our EMT’s and Paramedics do here at Beacon Ambulance.

The rain this past weekend didn’t stop all the action at the Ironwood Snowmobile Olympus. The action continues this weekend!! Stop out at the Gogebic County Fairgrounds this Saturday and Sunday to get in on the fun.

The Emergency Medical Services program at Gogebic Community College was just awarded $70,000 to cover the cost of tuition and books.

The Michigan Center for Rural health is sponsoring 20-EMT students with full tuition coverage and a $950 stipend to help cover travel, daycare, and/or other costs.
