A cocooned sound bath is different.

On Friday, January 23rd, we’re bringing our Aerial Sound Bath back to Open Aerial Yoga in Huntington Beach. You’ll be fully supported in a silk hammock while sound vibrations from crystal bowls and gongs move through the body, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to finally slow down.

This experience is beginner friendly and designed to help you release tension, reset emotionally, and rest in a way most people rarely allow themselves to.

You’ll be guided safely into your hammock by the Open Aerial team, then carried into deep relaxation through sound, frequency, and vibration.

We’re opening the doors to a space that’s normally private.

On Sunday, January 25th, join us for a sunset sound bath inside Authenticity, a secluded sound and light healing sanctuary tucked into the Malibu mountains. As golden hour settles in, you’ll be guided into deep rest through crystal bowls, planetary gongs, and immersive vibrations designed to restore the nervous system and quiet the mind.

This experience takes place inside Authenticity’s acoustic dome, an earth-inspired space with crystal-embedded flooring that allows sound to be felt through the body with remarkable clarity. It’s one of the rare times this private healing center opens to the public, and we’re keeping the gathering intentionally intimate.
