The USA reached the 1 million COVID-19 deaths milestone on May 12, 2022, more than any other country in the world. Over 250,000 children have lost a parent or a primary guardian due to this disease. takes us through the lives of orphaned children as they learn to pursue life without their parents. May those that have passed rest in peace, and we pray that their love ones find strength and support to thrive in life.
Although the death rate is significantly lower than where we began due to the therapeutics we currently have, we are still seeing case surges in the country, especially in the northeast. So protect yourselves and those you love with vaccines and masking when indoors to reduce chances of being a COVID-19 death and orphan statistics.
