✨ “It’s all worth it to achieve the dream of becoming a mom.”

A quote from Dr. Karla Santiago, Medical Director of Ingenes Chihuahua, that reminds us of the purpose that drives us.

With transparent protocols, close monitoring, and professional ethics, we accompany you every step of the way.

“We tried everything people suggested—herbal teas, traditional remedies, OB-GYN visits, treatments. Every doctor gave us hope, but nothing worked. 💔

People often assume infertility is “the woman’s problem,” but it takes two. We decided to face it together, no matter what. Friends told us about Ingenes. Some said it was expensive or would take a long time, but we didn’t want to live with the “what if…?” so we went to see for ourselves. 💪👩‍❤️‍👨

It was our last try—and it worked. Looking back, from that very first appointment to holding David now, it all went by so fast. In just one year, our lives changed forever. ⏳❤️

When we arrived, we were emotionally drained from a bad experience at another clinic. At Ingenes, they welcomed us like they already knew us. We felt safe, and little by little, the fear faded. They told us my ovarian reserve was low, but for the first time we truly understood what was going on. It gave us a reason to believe again. 🙌💖

Two months later, we had the embryo transfer. Fifteen days after that, the test was positive. We could hardly believe it—we kept taking a test every couple of weeks just to make sure it was real. Our maternal-fetal medicine specialist guided us step by step so the pregnancy could be as calm as possible. 🤰💙

People can try to explain what it feels like to be a mom, but you don’t really get it until you live it—until you hold your baby, watch those first steps, hear those first words. There’s no such thing as a final chance; there’s always a small ray of hope lighting the way. And now, every time David wakes up, throws his arms around us, and gives us a kiss, we know every bit of it was worth it. 💫👶💙”

“Since I was a little girl, I knew my path to becoming a mom wouldn’t be easy. I had appendix and intestine surgery, and the doctors said I would have trouble getting pregnant. Years later, my husband and I saw a doctor in Veracruz who recommended removing a cyst and my left o***y. I also had hydrosalpinx, and they cauterized my tubes before an IVF — but it didn’t work. 😔

We tried two more times at another clinic, but the doctor told us I was part of the percentage of women who would never become mothers. It was devastating. We thought we were the only ones going through this, but we realized many people suffer in silence. 💔

Tired and emotionally drained, we talked and decided to try one more time. At Ingenes, they told us that both of us had factors to address, but their team gave us confidence and hope. On the second attempt, during the transfer day, my husband was with me for the first time — and I believe our baby had been waiting for that moment. ✨💑

The first three months were difficult; I had a lot of nausea. But all of that fades when I watch my baby sleep. Seeing him run, play, and say “mama” (even though “papa” was his first word — it even makes me a little jealous 😆) is priceless. ❤️

Samuel Cael is now 2 years old, and he is the greatest blessing of our lives — smart, loving, bossy, and full of personality. Being his parents has been the most incredible experience, the greatest gift after so much suffering. He filled the emptiness we carried, gives us strength to keep going, and even though it’s not possible for us right now, we would love to do it again. 💕👣”

You are not alone. With Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis, small adjustments can help: strategic use of cold, light weights, and walks that respect your cycle. We review your case with you at Ingenes. ✨

“I’m about to turn 40. I have a degree in Primary Education, and I’ve always dreamed of becoming a mom. 🌸 However, I was diagnosed with cysts and told it would be very difficult for me to achieve it. The road was long: I tried timed in*******se, a painful tubal flushing, and a laparoscopy that, instead of giving me answers, ended with a devastating diagnosis: ‘Your reproductive system is in terrible shape; it will be very hard for you to have a baby.’ 💔
That phrase marked me. I even told my husband I wouldn’t be able to help him become a father. But with all his love, he told me we would do whatever it took until we made it happen. 🤝✨

It was my mom who told us about the Institute nine years ago. We attended a talk with other moms who had succeeded, and that’s where I found hope again. 🌈

After medical studies, we learned that I had polycystic o***y syndrome and fluid in my tubes, so the most viable option was IVF. 💉 It wasn’t easy — I had to learn to inject myself, deal with hormones, and face my fears. But the day of the transfer was magical: they showed me my tiny embryo, played music, and told me to talk to it because it could hear me. I keep that moment in my heart. 💕👶

When they confirmed it was positive, I wanted to jump with joy. 🎉 The day Yaretzi was born, my husband placed her in my arms, and it was the most beautiful moment of my life. 🌟 But the story didn’t end there — months later, I began to feel different. I took another test, and it came out positive. This time, I screamed and even jumped with happiness! 🙌

That day, I hugged my little girl and told her: ‘You’re going to have a sibling. You’ll never be alone.’ Today, Yaretzi is 9 years old and Sebastián is 7. From the moment he was born, she wouldn’t stop kissing him — she knew we had waited for him with the same love as hers. 💖

We went through very difficult times, but now that we have them here, we want to teach them that life is meant to be enjoyed and that it’s always worth fighting for what you want the most.” 🌟

“My journey was long. I started the procedure at 33 and it seemed like everything was going to be fine, but after several attempts, the pregnancy didn't happen. At 35, I got pregnant, but it turned out to be a molar pregnancy. I was already 2 months along and, although we had heard the heartbeat at the beginning, we received the most painful news. 💔✨

Many attempts passed, different doctors, several gynecologists, inseminations, and even other IVFs before coming to Ingenes. The third attempt here was the hardest, because we had a positive that was later lost. That time I needed to stop, take a breath, heal inside. I asked my doctor to let me wait; I knew I still had a chance, but I wasn't ready. 🌿🙏

When we returned for the fourth attempt, it finally happened. We decided to keep it quiet until we heard the heartbeat. And at 10 weeks, when we heard those beats, everything changed: it was the happiest moment. We asked the doctor if we could tell the family yet and he told us: "Celebrate it!". That's when it felt real, when we could truly enjoy it. 💕👶✨

I remember the first time we saw her on the monitor, holding hands, unable to believe it, trying to look at our baby on the screen. That feeling was indescribable. 💫🤲
And so Jimena arrived on August 7, 2019, a baby deeply desired and loved since before she was born. She is the family's darling and we adore her with our entire being.” 🎀
