Many pelvic floor cases are more fixable than you think. Here are some important things to keep in mind:

🔸 Duration doesn’t equal damage

🔸 Its all about providing the right environment where the body parts do their job

🔸 Pelvic stability is the key

If you want to understand how to address these things, see the link below to answer a few questions:

Pudendal neuralgia and pelvic floor tension feel similar, but here's what you need to know...

💥 Both create overlapping pain patterns

💥 One is driven by irritation, the other by guarding

💥 Treatment should focus on pelvic stability using developmental exercises

If you’re unsure which you have, see the link below to answer a few questions for me:

Pudendal neuralgia isn’t always nerve damage!

If you’ve been told your problem is permanent, see the link below to answer a few questions and lets get to the bottom of it:

Pelvic floor symptoms often change day to day.... this is how the body manages the pain. That is a compensation pattern!

This does not mean the problem goes away, and comes back, or switches spots.

If your pain fluctuates like this, see the link below to answer a few questions for me:

Pelvic floor Therapy works for some but fails for others! Why?

This only happens when the focus is on one area (the symptomatic body part) vs the actual cause!

BTW.. the cause is always instability and lacking the right environment which is provided by breathing with proper mechanics!

Comment "biological breathing" to see how that is done and if other therapies didn’t work for you, see the link below to answer a few questions

Relaxation alone doesn’t fix pelvic floor dysfunction!

Why?

Because relaxation without control leads to collapse! What you are missing is the coordination for proper stability!

If relaxation exercises have not helped, see the link below to answer a few questions for me:

😬 Why You’re Clenching Your Perineum

Perineum clenching is a compensation presentation for pelvic instability and poor breathing mechanics!

So don't get caught up in stretching, when the fix needs to start with biological breathing and correcting your movement and posture with developmental exercises!

Comment biological breathing to see how that is done and use the link below to contact me to get started:

⚠️ Habits That Tighten the Pelvic Floor

Many daily habits quietly tighten the pelvic floor. Here are some:

❌️ Sitting too long and not alternating with standing

❌️ Clenching your glutes or abs

❌️ Holding your breath or sucking your tummy in

Make sure you're following me here and subscribe on Youtube (link below). And contact me (link below) to find out what else you are doing that feeds the problem:

🦵 Tight Inner Thighs & Pelvic Floor Tension

Tight adductors often mean a tight pelvic floor. This is a compensation pattern, over-using the inner thigh in an attempt to keep the pieces of pelvis together!

In my opinion this is one of the biggest indicators of pelvic floor dysfunction!

Don't make the mistake of just stretching tight adductors. Look into your mechanics of movement!
