Kegels aren't always the answer ❌Sometimes they make the problem worse❗️
There are many different presentations of pelvic floor dysfunction, and forced kegels are not a good exercise for any of them!
Proper pelvic floor function is important and requires the pelvis to be in an ideal position meaning pelvic stability is present. It also requires the rest of the body to be in sync and functioning properly.
That's why only focusing on the pelvic floor muscles through internal work or forced kegels is not going to solve your pelvic problems long-term.
When it comes to pelvic issues, the best places to start is with biological breathing which is actually how those pelvic floor muscles naturally go through contraction, relaxtion, stretching, and strengthening!
Comment "biological breathing" to see how that is done!
