You need to dedicate 20 percent of your time to caring for your self, your partner, your family - because that small business will take up 80 percent of your waking hours.

February is a month staff can take Floating Holidays to observe Lunar New Year/ Tết, birthdays, Black History Month, Presidents Day, ❤️ Day, etc. But in 2021, our crew used their Floating Holidays to complete their Covid-19 vaccination. It was a team effort to get everyone an appointment through the various affiliated healthcare systems and county organizations A few folks experienced side effects that necessitated staying home but overall symptoms were self limiting with no severe ADRs.
Per CDC recommendations, mask wearing is still recommended in vaccinated individuals. As always your health and well being is our first and foremost priority. We look forward to seeing you soon!
