When I created the R.E.S.T.O.R.E.™ Online Wellness Bootcamp, I wasn’t trying to build another wellness program. 🛠️✨

I was responding to something I kept seeing over and over again. 🧐

Brilliant, capable women quietly running on empty. 🪫🥀

Women who had built successful careers, families, and lives — but whose bodies were asking for support. 🏗️💼❤️

And no one had ever taught them how to give it. 🕯️

February’s Bootcamp reminded me how powerful it is when women finally hear:
“You are not broken.” 🕊️🩹

Your body is simply asking for care. 👂🌿

Seeing the breakthroughs inside this group reminded me why I’ve spent over 30 years studying whole-body wellness. 📚🎓

This work matters. 🌏✨

Women over 40 need consistent, steady blood sugar to maintain energy, mood, and appetite. ⚖️🧘‍♀️

Smart, supportive nutrition helps keep you balanced when real life is chaotic. 🌪️✨

One of the ways I suggest providing that “nutritional insurance” is by supplementing with superfood plant powders and vegan protein powders to fill in nutritional gaps. 🌱🥤 (I’ve been doing this for 20+ years and can recommend a good one! 👍)

What happens when women give their nervous system real support for just a few days?

Inside the R.E.S.T.O.R.E.™ Online Wellness Bootcamp, we began to see it.

Women shared things like:

“I feel calmer.”
“My energy feels steadier.”
“My cravings softened.”
“My mind feels clearer.”

These changes didn’t come from pushing harder.
They came from support.

Because when the nervous system feels safe again:

Your digestion improves.
Your hormones regulate.
Your mind quiets.
Your body begins to restore.

That’s the work we began during the bootcamp.

And watching these shifts happen in real time was deeply moving.

That means it’s time to celebrate food as fuel and focus on nourishing our bodies with smart, supportive choices.

This month is all about progress over perfection — and using simple tools to fill nutritional gaps along the way.

This month’s wellness focus includes:

•⁠ ⁠🍀 Going green with leafy greens and plant-powered nutrition.

•⁠ ⁠🥤 Fueling your day with green smoothies made with vegan, whole-food protein powder for protein, fiber, and staying power. (I can recommend a great one!)

Something beautiful happened a couple weeks ago.

For five days, women from different places, different seasons of life, and different stories came together for the R.E.S.T.O.R.E.™ Online Wellness Bootcamp.

Every day at lunch, we paused.

Not to push harder.
Not to fix ourselves.
But to listen.

We talked about:
• nervous system regulation
• gut–brain connection
• restoring energy rhythms
• sustainable daily habits
• emotional alignment and purpose

And what happened inside those conversations was powerful.
Women began to realize something important:

✨ The exhaustion they’ve been carrying is not a personal failure.

It’s a biological signal.

When the body finally feels supported, things begin to shift.

Calm returns.
Energy stabilizes.
Clarity comes back.

This Bootcamp reminded me why I do this work.
Not because women need fixing.
But because they deserve support.
