Last Journal to Wellness of the quarter! Come write with us!

In our warm and interactive environment, students can gather to unwind, contemplate, and foster a sense of well-being through the process of writing and journaling.

Each session we’ll have a different journal prompt to start a journey of personal growth and reflection.

We provide FREE journals for new attendees, but you’re welcome to bring your own journal and supplies.

You can find us at G319 Student Center at Student Wellness & Health Promotion. That's on the 3rd floor of the Student Center and you can use the stairs next to Zot N Go to go up one level, and we'll be right inside.

Come get your free themed Halloween condoms, including Glow In The Dark!

Stop by our office on the 3rd floor of the Student Center at G319 (Student Wellness and Health Promotion) to get your free condoms, and check out our massage chairs while you're here!

We were out at Mesa Court this afternoon where we had Self Care stations set up for students to make friendship bracelets, do a little coloring, and grab a few snacks!

It was a great opportunity for students to get to know their dorm mates and make some new friends. We had a great time!

Breathe and unwind with us on Monday afternoons! 🧘🏿‍♀️

Each week, we'll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation.

Science shows that mindfulness can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance your mood, and boost focus.

No prior experience needed and beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them.

We'll gather in front of Zot N' Go, then embark as a group to a serene spot for our meditation session.

Nothing like therapy dogs during finals week to help make it through! 🐶

Our furry friends joined us today on Ring Road, and will be back tomorrow from 11-2, to help give some much needed relaxation and love to all our students.

Come grab some free snacks and drinks too!

We bring the therapy dogs every quarter for finals week, so keep an eye out for us.
