You can schedule a FREE 1-on-1 consultation with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Jody Margolis. Forget the fad diets that are popular this time of year, and instead learn how to nourish your body and mind.

Some common topics to discuss include: weight management, sports nutrition, vegetarian/vegan advice, supplements, mindful eating, digestive health, healthy eating on a budget, and general concerns about food, dieting, and body image.

Last Journal to Wellness of the quarter! Come write with us!

In our warm and interactive environment, students can gather to unwind, contemplate, and foster a sense of well-being through the process of writing and journaling.

Each session we’ll have a different journal prompt to start a journey of personal growth and reflection.

We provide FREE journals for new attendees, but you’re welcome to bring your own journal and supplies.

You can find us at G319 Student Center at Student Wellness & Health Promotion. That's on the 3rd floor of the Student Center and you can use the stairs next to Zot N Go to go up one level, and we'll be right inside.

We were out at Mesa Court this afternoon where we had Self Care stations set up for students to make friendship bracelets, do a little coloring, and grab a few snacks!

It was a great opportunity for students to get to know their dorm mates and make some new friends. We had a great time!
