How wonderful to have have such an enthusiastic squad! Meet part of mine💗 I looove all these young women. It begins with our daughter, our bonus daughter and our nieces! I love each of them to-the-moon 🌙 - back!!! Family garherings usually includes a goodie bag for each to take their FAVORITE flavor.

For all of you new friends, I am the Owner, Chief Tasting Officer of granola. Looking at the photo, I’m the one in white jeans and a black sweater, smiling BIG!😊🤍😊 My brand is made exclusively by hand, in wgat is called “artisanal style”. My original@l flavor, the Classic Almond (green label) took me 10 years, create and perfect. As a baker, I love to teach all ages to cook + bake 👩🏻‍🍳Certainly be if the most rewarding experiences, involved mentoring high school kids who wanted to become chefs one day! My group made it to the finals in Washington DC but unfortunately did not place. They worked their hearts out!!!! They were ALL to ME🎉🎉🎉👩🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳

I also ran a baking program at our community center for children 5-10 yrs. old. I did this over a 2-3 year span. I@made little cookbooks for each child as we cooked + baked foods from around the world🌎 This was such a fabulous experience for them + me.

I’m a devoted health enthusiast. I love to bring community, families together to to bake, cook + stay healthy.

I formerly worked at 5 different , sold my brand in various gourmet up + down the coastline🌊💦

This festive Pumpkin Spiced Granola Parfait is ✨bursting✨ with sweet pumpkin, creamy yogurt, and crunchy pumpkin spice granola from . It’s the perfect easy fall🍁 breakfast and is even make-ahead friendly for busy mornings! The combination of protein-rich yogurt, fiber-rich pumpkin, and good protein and healthy fats from the nutty granola will keep you going strong all morning. Plus this cute, seasonal parfait is just plain fun, so make sure to bookmark this recipe.

🧡For the Pumpkin Layer:
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
-Few generous pinches of cinnamon
-Generous pinch of ginger
-Small pinch of nutmeg
-Small pinch of cardamom

🧡For the Yogurt Layer:
-1/2 cup, thick unsweetened vanilla or plain yogurt of choice (vegan if desired)
-1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

🧡For the Granola Layer:
-1/4 cup Pumpkin Spiced Granola

🧡Directions:
Measure and mix the ingredients for the pumpkin layer and the yogurt layer. Assemble the parfait in a tall, narrow serving glass or mason jar. Then layer the pumpkin and yogurt at the bottom and add the granola to the top so that it stays perfectly crunchy. Use a long-handled spoon🥄 and ENJOY every bite😋🧡😋

Imagine hearing for the last couple of days that would touch down in today!😬This is what it’s been like since Friday🙊😲😳🙊😮 People in my city were gathering cases of in case of

Around afternoon time, a report from EOC (emergency of Orange County dept) came through that somewhere in experienced an TODAY!!!! Eeeek.

Can we please 🛑✋🏻🙉🙈 with all the Honestly friends, I could NOT even begin safemake THIS up.

The good news is that we have light right now. No winds thankfully + everyone we know, love + care about are seemingly doing ok. Very thankful for this news.

Interestingly, there has NOT been a hurricane here since 1939 -84 years ago! Hopefully it will not happen today 💖🙏🏼

It just seemed like a regular rainy day but with very VERY high humidity. Oh my the wind just came out of NOWHERE!! Ooooh no.

Ooooh what a weekend this been. Everyone has been preparing for a hurricane that was brewing off the Mexican coast. People were taking the warnings very seriously in our city. People were stocking up on cases of water, food and prioritizing tasks outside their homes that they wanted to tweak before anything landed in Cleaning outside drains, bringing special things inside for protection.

I woke up when it started to rain at 4:30AM 😬 Mostly drizzling all day - at this moment🌧️💦

Then stories started circulating that that could potentially weaken + become a So far thankfully it’s been MILD - no BUT, word moved quickly that there was also an hit somewhere in

Oooh do I have a of a FOR YOU tonight. Apparently there has been a lot of chatter about the meal at !!!😋💦🥢🍱🥢 It is - They are Korean and OMGeeeee! I have tasted and enjoyed something so heavenly delicious tonight. They are most delightful to eat. I also happened to purchase a wonderful tasting from as well. It was on the shelf right above the - it is called sauce This classic, Asian- style sauce had the the perfect, finishing touch to this light, vegan + super tasting meal. I highly recommend friends, 10/10😊🥢
