I began practicing yoga because I was constantly stressed out with my job and wanted to find something to balance my work life. After trying yoga for a couple of months, I found it to be very calming and started to notice all the improvements on myself, mentally and physically. I became really draw to yoga that I started to practice it daily and eventually completed the 200-hour teacher training in 2016. I want to provide people the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga, to stay well and healthy, and to find the balance in their busy life.
