Position requires good working knowledge of all insurance types, HIPPA, high volume phones, appropriate phone etiquette, medical terminology, medication names and uses, rooming of patients, taking vitals, set up and assisting providers with procedures, patient call backs and follow up, prior authorization, referrals, autoclave and supply inventory.
