PATIENT OF THE WEEK. Hospitalized 8 times for ASTHMA ATTACKS! Pictured are all his meds mom is finally throwing away. ❤️🙏🏻 In moms own words. My son started seeing Dr. Rettig just over one year ago. This came after 3 very hard years. My son was labeled "severely asthmatic." However, the asthma only presented when he caught certain viruses. The viruses would go to his lungs and affect his ability to maintain his oxygen levels. Over this 3 year period, he had been hospitalized 8 times. Two of which, he was put in the PICU. We were closely followed by a pulmonologist, allergist, and our pediatrician. We had a team. At first, we started the routine asthma medications and procedures. But every hospitalization, those medications were deemed "failures" and they would change up the medication, up the m3dication, or add additional medications. He ended up on almost every type of inhaler and nebulizer solutions at one point or another. He even was put on an injectable biologic (every 2 weeks) for the last year of this period. These 3 years also included a lot of steroids. Sadly, he experienced one of the side effects of steroids, which caused him to be "easy to agitate." After pushing doctors to find solutions outside of medication and not getting much traction, we started down our own path of discovery. This is when I discovered Dr. Rettig. His ways were unfamiliar to me, but after 3 years of being scared about your child's ability to breath, I was ready to turn over every stone. So I trusted the process. After six months, my son was off of all his inhalers and steroids. Soon after, he also came off of the biologic injection. He has not been hospitalized in 14 months and is now drug free. His agitation has lessened and I can breath better knowing that he can breath. Dr. Rettig helped heal his body so it was ready to fight off viruses on its own. We are so grateful for the help he has and does provided.

PATIENT OF THE WEEK! Heart disease and kidney failure… in his daughters own words 🙏🏻❤️✊8 months ago and right before his 70th birthday, my dad suffered from a stroke that landed him in the hospital. In the weeks after, he was told he had several blockages in his heart as well as an enlarged aorta. His health continued to decline as doctors had him on over 12 different prescription drugs that were supposedly keeping him alive. In that time he was also pushed from stage 3B to stage 4B kidney failure due to all the radioactive dye injected during 3 failed angioplasty attempts to place stents. Things were not looking good. I felt like I was watching the life being drained from my dad. After the last failed attempt at an angioplasty, my dad was told he had no other option other than to have quadruple bypass open heart surgery. After a lot of disappointment and consideration, he did not feel good about the statistics he was presented with and declined the surgery. He knew there had to be a better way and that’s when he started considering alternative treatments. He agreed to an appointment with Dr. Rettig despite some suspicions and poking fun at his daughter for taking him to a “voodoo doctor” 🤣. Dr. Rettig was really sweet with my dad and without really any previous knowledge of his health, explained that he had a bacterial infection around his heart and in his lungs that needed to be cleared as well as some congested kidneys that were bogged down and not functioning well. He gently adjusted one area of his back to help with kidney function and sent him home with supplements, a new diet and a new lease on life! In the first few weeks my dad went from a .5 to a 7.5! He was off ALL but one of his drugs, his blood pressure was regulating, his ongoing cough and chest congestion cleared, his energy started coming back. In the next few weeks he was at an 8.5! His mind was SO much clearer, his lab results showed that his stage 4b kidney failure was REVERSING (and if you have ever talked to a kidney doctor, that does not happen with any of their help). He was losing weight, his strength and stamina had returned, and he was feeling “back” and even better than before… and I got my dad back. Today, after only a few months of working with Dr. Rettig, my dad scored a 9.5! I am so grateful for Dr. Rob and his sweet team. He has taken care of me, my kids, and so many friends and now family over the years I have known him and I truly feel like his practice is a gift from the Lord! I cannot sing his praises enough. PATIENT OF THE WEEK! Staph! In her own words..🙏🏻❤️✊ For almost seven years, I struggled with recurring staph infections. It all started after I got an infection from a turf soccer field in high school, and from that point on, the infections kept coming back. One year alone, I was prescribed antibiotics nearly 14 times. My gut was wrecked, I was exhausted, and the hardest part was that no doctor could tell me why this was happening. Every appointment ended with another prescription, but never any answers.

The only thing I discovered on my own was that shaving seemed to trigger infections—even with a brand-new, clean razor—so I stopped shaving altogether. I just accepted that something was wrong with me and that if no doctor could fix it, I’d have to live around it.

Before my wedding, my mother-in-law encouraged me to see Dr. Rettig, and I am so grateful she did. At my first appointment, he immediately identified the systemic bacterial overgrowth and explained how antibiotics were contributing to my recurring infections. We started a dietary change and supplement regimen, and for the first time in years, I felt like I was actually treating the root cause instead of covering it up.

I’m so thankful we addressed it when we did. Not only did I get to enjoy my wedding without worrying about another infection, but I soon became pregnant—and have been able to have a healthy pregnancy. And after seven years of avoiding it, I can finally shave again! With a big belly, I definitely can’t imagine having to wax right now, so that has been a blessing in itself.

I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Rettig’s care, insight, and support. He gave me answers when no one else could—and gave me back a sense of normalcy I wasn’t sure I’d ever have again.

I called Paige November 2024 hurting on my right side like I had never hurt before! Unsure what was going on inside my body.
I soon was Unable to walk or move my right arm. I avoid the medical field at all cost. My family friend Lacy had an intervention with me to go to urgent care. Unable to drive by now or care for more than our baby; I went.
The Medical Dr said I had Pneumonia & tore my ankle. I didnt have an ankle injury but was seollen from VF infection. He was unsure why wrist hurt. No concern for welts/nodules on legs & arm wrist let’s focus on my other problems. Wanted me to take an antibiotic & if I didn’t feel better in 3-4 days call back for another antibiotic prescription. He said to see a specialist about my ankle.
3 days later I went to SCOI in Bakersfield Ca Dr. E told me I had a second degree tear in my ankle prescribed me Motrin & physical therapy for 3 months!!! told me to order a boot by this time my other ankle is swelling….getting more welts/nodules on legs. My MIL got me into her internal medicine Dr. Dr. N thinks I have valley fever. Blood test confirms. He prescribes Diflucan (standard treatment). I don’t take it i know i dont need it. I am religiously taking all Dr. Rettig has told me to do! By now I am walking (in less than 2 weeks). Still have nodules, pain & swelling.
Praise God my husband Josh is very Supportive of my choices & not taking medication. He believes in Dr. Rettig healing.
I have another muscle testing with Dr. Rettig over the phone. I need some additional supplements. my oldest Daughter goes to Dr. Rettig office in Irvine & picks up the supplements I need to continue healing. Madison brings me the supplements that night. She orders me a Biomax 900 Red light that Dr. Rettig suggested 20 min 3 times a day. Amazing! Hands down recommend to anyone!
I tried the red light at local chiropractor but nothing compares to the platinum lights.
Lacy gets me into the Valley Fever specialist at Kern Medical Center Dr. K she is very sweet & supports me not taking Diflucan! Wow meeting a medical Dr. who asks me what I am doing to heal ??? amazed at my progress and supports healthy eating, taking supplements and no medication! Amazing! She has asked me questions to help her other patients. She continues to go on shocked how I am breastfeeding & still healing b/c that is supposed to deplete my body she says.
Though the last 8 months I was able to heal, follow a plan of supplements my body needed through Dr. Rettig Muscle Testing, continue breastfeeding our now 1 year old and not take any medication other than Motrin. I used to compare all pain to childbirth! VF is the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I was ignorant to VF symptoms/pain/effects of in humans & animals. Kern County, Ca is a hot spot for San Joaquin valley fever. I pray you never get this life long disease but if you do Call Dr. Rettig immediately! He wrote a paper in college on San Joaquin Valley Fever & has all the knowledge to heal.
Really if you have any ailment/problem call or go to Dr. Rettig office he will heal your body! I take my whole family to Rettig Chiropractic!
Dr. Rettig suggested I join a VF group on Facebook to see if anyone was taking something or knew of other products that heal the body. Don’t join that group if you get VF. All I found was depressing story’s of how sad our medical field is & individuals suffering for years if not death. Very sad. Their stories/lives describe most of what I encountered standard prescriptions/ignorance to symptom’s, with no real answers or guidance to true healing.
Dr. Rettig is a text away. Checking in on my healing journey and his office staff Paige & Tamra are amazing Angels helping Dr. Rettig do his thing.
God wanted me to learn from this journey; be present, be humbled, trust others, ask for help & be thankful for each day, hour, minute we have together!

PATIENT OF THE WEEK! Chronic BACTERAL PNEUMONIA! We 🙏🏻❤️✊ We are compelled to write a note about Carsten's health. He's been sick for the better part of three years. Chronic cough, serious respiratory issues and constant wheezing. The last 18 months in particular being debilitating. An emergency ambulance ride from a baseball game when he couldn't breathe pulling up at second base after a double. Often coughing through the night leading to little or no sleep. Quality of life deteriorating each passing week for 36 months.

We spent three long years hanging our hat on traditional medicine, chasing our tails. That countless visits to our primary care physician would steer us to a solution. That regular appointments with the pulmonology team at a local hospital would provide keys to full health. That one of the best allergist/asthma doctors in Orange County would understand how to help our family. That three days at a specialty hospital in Houston and dozens of tests would uncover the issue and remedy. Tested for everything from allergies to heart defects to asthma to cystic fibrosis and 50+ other illnesses in between, we were left with many more questions (and antibiotics and steroids) than answers.

Two months ago our neighbor and friend, Jill, recommended we check out Dr. Rettig in Irvine. Running out of options but never hope, as parents it was easy to jump at the opportunity to try something a bit more on the fringe, slightly less traditional. At our first visit, Dr. Rettig diagnosed Carsten with a significant, long-dated lung infection (not picked up in any of the five chest x-rays he'd previously gotten), immune system deficiencies and lingering effects of vaccines from his youth. A 1/10 health, Dr. Rettig relayed to us pretty quickly that Carsten was very sick. He prescribed a customized playbook that included dietary changes, added a targeted set of supplements and vitamins to his routine together with visits to a salt therapy room.

Could not be more thrilled today to say our Son is effectively back to full health. Timeline to get here would've been much shorter if not for the endless supply of antibiotics and steroids previously prescribed by his medical doctors.

I’ve received a ton of messages from this post. So I want to elaborated on it and the heart. The heart is the easiest organ in the body to fix/heal. You can be brain dead and your heart will still work. It’s soooo important that your body will drop everything to make sure it works and can keep you alive no matter how poor your health. So any patient that comes in with a heart issue their body responds dramatically and amazingly to nutritional support to fix/eliminate the problem. PHARMA heart meds don’t fix anything. They allow you to have heart disease/dysfunction, issues and problems but be less symptomatic but will never completely return your heart back to a healthy state. Heart failure like any other organ failure is just huge dysfunction and weakness. But the heart unlike other failing organs responds quickly to nutritional support the drugs just get in the way. PATIENT OF THE WEEK! Congestive heart failure! When I walked into the room 6 weeks ago Andre was sitting down and couldnt catch his breath. I felt as if Andre was just going though the motions again but man i cant believe what hes done and the results speak for themselves. When I read his testimonial it brought tears of joy and pride. I’ve had a few appointments with Dr. Rettig over the years, only
because my wife made me. I was unwilling to believe what he said and to fully commit to taking the supplements. I showed back up to him 6 weeks ago…desperate, hopeless and dying. I had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, asthma, autoimmune disease, and doctors told me my heart was operating at 25%. When I would walk into a room, I had to sit down immediately, to catch my breathe and to try and breathe normally. After taking the supplements and changing my diet for three weeks i returned to see Dr Rettig and had lost 80 POUNDS and he suggested i should remove 5 of 9 pharmaceutical drugs. I saw him again, after three weeks of doing his cleanse, and I had lost a total of 108 pounds and he suggested i remove 3 more drugs. I am currently walking without stopping, no longer using an inhaler and can play with my kids again. I finally feel healthy and like I’m getting my life back…I feel like a million bucks! PATIENT OF THE WEEK! 11/2020 We call it peeling the onion. So many layers of unfinished business piling up on each other. Functional wellness is about going through each layer of dysfunction. Turning the bodies organs back on helping them get rid of chronic toxicity inflammation and (yeast viral bacterial parasitic) infections. ❤️🙏🏻In her own words. You know that feeling when you know there is something wrong, but the doctors keep telling you that you are fine? There has to be something more that I can do for myself to feel better, I thought. I was looking for a new doctor because even after seeing a Naturopathic for the last 2-3 years; I still didn’t feel well and I just knew there had to be someone that could help me. One night over Friendsgiving my best friend Jessica Avella was sharing her testimony about Dr. Rettig and how amazing she now feels. This was about the 3rd time she was telling me how amazing Dr. Rettig was and that I had to watch the video (In comments) of him doing the muscle test. I finally watched it and the patient had every single symptom I had and so I finally decided to make an appointment! Before Dr. Rettig, I would come home from work and know I needed to do the dishes, cook dinner or do the laundry, but a full 2-3-hour nap was all I could think of. On top of already sleeping about 10 hours a night and still never wanting to get out of bed to go to work because I was still too tired. I was also boated, irritable and had headaches. I first saw Dr. Rettig on November 20th. I was lethargic and had the “there is something wrong with me” feeling. I went in and he did the muscle test; as expected from the video online. My emotions were off, my liver was bad, my gut health was bad, and my adrenals were bad. I started supplements to reduce all this bad stuff and start dealing with the underlying issues. I came back a week later to find I was living with Epstein Barr Virus (EBV). About 3 weeks later after the EBV was gone, it came up that I had a sinus infection and later a yeast infection. I have been living with all this for probably years and never knew. And the doctors I saw before him, even a Naturopathic, did not uncover any of these things.
After seeing Dr. Rettig I now wake up after 8 hours of sleep feeling refreshed and well rested. I finally can do the morning routine I have always wanted to do. I am finally excited about taking the next steps personally and professionally. I finally go to the grocery store regularly, cook dinner and clean the house. I always wondered how everyone else could get all the things done. I now have the energy to get ready for work instead of rolling out of bed barely wanting to get dressed. I had all these things that I have been wanting to do, but I never seemed to have enough energy to pursue them.
In 2 months, Dr. Rettig has turned my life around!
