Posture & Lymphatic Drainage — Surprising Link 🔗

Posture directly affects how your lymph system flows. Here's how:

💥 Breathing: your diaphragm sits within your your rib cage. If this structure is not stable, breathing mechanics are compromised and the lymph system is not being pumped efficiently

💥 Flow is compromised by a collapsed ribcage posture and unstable pelvis movement.
