Weak glutes can absolutely lead to back pain 🍑

But isolated glute workouts won’t fix it.

Proper functioning glutes are needed for pelvic stability, which the absence of can lead to pelvic floor dysfunction.

You need whole-body stabilization like with developmental exercises — how we all as babies learned to move.

Sleep without shoulder pain tonight 💤�

I know back sleeping is not for everyone, but you can side sleep without shoulder pain. However stomach sleeping, or having your arms above your head is not okay!

Shoulder tips for side sleeping:

✅️ Make sure you're on the tip of your shoulder
❌️ Don't be on your shoulder blade
✅️ Use your pillow under your neck to support the curve
❌️ Don't have your shoulder on the pillow
✅️ Use a body pillow to hold onto
