Neck pain at night usually comes from mechanical poor neck support โ€” not just your pillow.

Knee pain while driving usually comes from poor positioning and joint loading.

Try these simple changes:

โœ…๏ธ Make sure you're close enough to the pedals so you're not over-stretching the knee joint

โœ…๏ธ Take breaks during long trips

โŒ๏ธ Don't rest your knee against the door or mid console

Here are some things you can do:

๐Ÿ’ฅ Glide the neck back and lift the zyhoid (bottom of the rib cage) up (not forward!!)
