Tight feet are a sign that:

❗️Load management is off

❗️Some parts are overworking in compensation

❗️The structure above is unstable

Want to release inner thigh tightness?.. Foam rollers are not the answer!

If you foam roll your inner thigh you are not helping yourself! This is because the reason for the tightness is still there.

The tightness is not random! It is tight because you are have compensation patterns in your movement.

This happens when the pelvis is unstable! It is not a strength issue but a connecting the dots issue!

Is Rowing good to fix rounded shoulders❓️.... NO!

This is why:

When the shoulders are rounding, your movement mechanics are off! So if you go hop on a rowing machine, you're doing the movement with rounding shoulders OR equally worse, you're excessively pinching the shoulder blades back and arching your back.

The first step to fixing rounded shoulders is to correct the mechanics of movement! And this is isn't just in the shoulders! Because your neck plays a big role is shoulder positioning as well!

What triggers plantar fasciitis❓️🦶

Plantar fasciitis, while it is a foot pain, is not necessarily a foot issue! Your feet have to work with the rest of the body to perform movement, when movement patterns are dysfunctional pain shows up (even in other areas!).

So see this list as a check list of things that will your fix your problem, but here are some things to address to avoid flare-ups:

💥 Not properly lifting the legs when walking

💥 Collapsed foot arch

💥 Not walking heel to toe (biomechanics are off)

💥 Stiff toes

Please realize that stretching won’t fix the problem! You must address your mechanics of movement! And that is done with developmental exercises!
