Posture isn’t about looks — it’s about load management.

When your posture if off that means you are unstable! An unstable body is not able to properly manage the load of supporting your own body.. and forget about adding external load like working out!

Did you know your breathing is connected to your posture?

Dysfunctional breathing and bad posture like a forward head/neck go hand-in-hand, just like a well stacked pelvis and rib go hand-in-hand with proper breathing mechanics.

The best to start addressing bad posture and poor breathing together is actually by lying on the floor to practice your breathing.

Forward Head Posture: Why Fixing Your Neck Doesn’t Fix Your Neck Pain❗️
Your neck pain is not necessarily a neck problem!
It is a mid-back, neck, and shoulder not working together issue!
That's why only focusing on the neck does not work long-term! The best tool to address these areas together is developmental exercises!

❓️Is the pain in the back or legs
❓️One side or both?
❓️Does leaning forward help?
❓️Is there numbness or just fatigue?

The answer to these questions help tell if it is more nerve or blood vessel involved.
