Yoga-the moving meditation.
We love integrating yoga into a healthy lifestyle. Yoga not only calms stress but can be an extremely challenging workout. The deep breathing that is necessary while holding a pose floods the body and brain with oxygen 🤩
There are so many styles to practice. My favorite for beginners and people who may be healing an injury is restorative yoga, but my absolute favorite style is vinyasa flow for a kick butt workout that leaves you calm but energized!
