💥 NEW CLASS ALERT: Kettlebell Fundamentals
with Shira Jackman
This Wednesday marks the very first Kettlebell Fundamentals class, and we’re excited to officially bring this offering to the schedule.
If you want to build strength, improve mobility, and increase power, speed, and coordination—all with one versatile tool—this class is for you. You’ll learn the foundations of classic kettlebell training, including swings, deadlifts, presses, squats, get-ups, and more, in a challenging but welcoming environment that prioritizes proper technique, safety, and injury prevention.
This class is led by Shira Jackman, a certified strength and nutrition coach with over a decade of experience in NYC and California. Shira is certified through StrongFirst and the Russian Kettlebell Club (RKC) and brings a deep love of movement to her teaching—from professional dance and powerlifting to climbing, swimming, Bikram Yoga and beyond. Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, and motion is lotion.
When: Wednesdays & Sundays at 12:00 pm.
Spots are limited — advance registration required. Bring a mat & water. The Room will not be heated.
