Pearl’s FDA-cleared technology integrates into existing imaging workflows to support real-time radiologic review across both 2D radiographs and 3D CBCT imaging and deliver clearer clinical insight at scale.

Thank you to everyone who connected with PDS Health at the 2026 Rocky Mountain Dental Convention in Denver.

In partnership with the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, we sponsored the Diagnostic Testing Center space in the Expo Hall, creating an environment for hands-on learning and meaningful conversations around diagnostics, early detection, and integrated care.

RMDC 2026 was a valuable opportunity to support education and engage with clinicians and industry professionals on how clinical insight can translate into real-world application that improves patient outcomes. We appreciate the organizers and attendees who made this event so impactful.

Integrated care is no longer aspirational. It is shaping how clinicians deliver patient care today.

In 2025, PDS Health clinicians delivered more than 7.5 million patient visits nationwide. Integrated dental and medical health records in Epic gave clinicians a more complete view of patients’ health histories, strengthening earlier detection through chairside screenings such as blood pressure, aMMP-8 and HbA1c. Clinicians also completed more than 570,000 same-day CEREC CAD/CAM restorations, reflecting continued adoption of advanced, proven technologies that support efficient, precise care.

Progress across ownership and education continued as well. Eighty-three clinicians advanced into practice ownership through our model, reflecting sustained interest in a care environment supported by shared systems and coordinated teams. Academic collaborations with the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, the University of the Pacific, and Roseman University of Health Sciences expanded opportunities for training and exploration of connected care models.

Together, these data points signal a shift toward care models that reduce fragmentation and improve coordination, giving clinicians the insight needed to support healthier, happier patients through preventive, personalized care.

More than 1,600 members of Delta Dental of Massachusetts have participated in the saliva-based screening program, and the early results are encouraging. With assessments completed at participating Smile Generation trusted practices, patients are gaining clearer insights into their oral health and seeing measurable improvements in their scores. These screenings are creating more meaningful conversations about prevention and reinforcing the connection between oral health and overall health.

Early results showed:

✅ Over 33% improvement in returning patient scores
✅ More than 50% treatment acceptance when screenings are completed
✅ Earlier insight into gum disease through real-time biomarkers
