Tell us why your teacher is amazing and you could win a $400 gift card for your teacher towards classroom resources. 🖍📚Second place will receive a $200 gift card and third place will receive a $100 gift card. The Tooth Fairy stopped by local kindergarten classes in Irvine! 🦷✨🧚🏻‍♂️

There once was a very beautiful (and clearly very ambitious) gray cat who decided her life needed a little adventure. 🐈Without so much as a note, she dashed out of her home, bravely crossed a very busy street in Irvine, and made her way to the Woodbury Town Center.

As fate would have it, her shopping spree led her straight through the glass doors of Simply Orthodontics… where she was immediately scooped up by Min—certified animal collector, part-time cat distribution system participant.

Min looked around for a frantic owner with no luck.
Naturally, she rushed to present her discovery to Dr. Shung, a well-known cat lover. Min, being the responsible adult in the room, offered to track down the rightful owners.

Dr. Shung, however, had other priorities.
“I think,” he said (while already petting the cat), “we should… hang out with her for a bit.”

And so began the quest.
First stop: the vet—to scan for a microchip. Plot twist: the scanner was down.
Second stop: A visit to . Verdict: no chip.
At this point, what choice did a compassionate orthodontist have?

Obviously… he took the cat home. 🏡
There, she was warmly welcomed by his entire family—six kids, endless attention, and what we can only assume was a slightly overwhelmed but very patient cat who graciously tolerated her temporary kingdom.

And then, just as quickly as she appeared, our mysterious visitor’s story came full circle.

This morning, she was reunited with her very relieved young owner… and we finally learned her name:
Fluffy.

Goodbye, Fluffy.
You gave us hope.
You gave us joy.
You almost gave us an office cat. 🐾

Little ones can be nervous at their first visit. Dr. Shung's youngest was our special guest and she allowed us to film part of her first visit. We truly do treat everyone like family!
