💥HUGE shoutout to Grace💥

She came in on a Groupon back in April to start working out for virtually the first time so she could better prepare herself for when she joins the Air Force this Fall. Since then, she has shown up to class everyday, starting earlier than everyone else, and leaving after. She does all the work and then some, no matter how long it takes. She has easily been the most consistent person in the entire gym, always has a great attitude, and is now doing the disgusting Saturday workouts with a vest on 🤯 Grace is a savage and a true inspiration!! Really proud to see how far she’s come in such a short time. Keep it up Grace!!! 💪.

This is Chuck. He just turned 60. He came in carrying more weight than he wanted and has encountered some major medical setbacks, including a triple fusion in his lower back. Chuck thought it was over for him, until he came to BLK Label. Personal training with Corey, Chuck has gone from roughly 30% body fat to 16% body fat this year alone. He’s lost 18 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs of lean muscle. Despite him thinking he wanted to “lose weight” on the scale, he actually gained a little weight and he’s never felt or been happier. Be like Chuck. Do the work, be happy. It’s never too late.

Yoooo so umm yeah.. see that dude right there???? That used to be me!! Keep in mind I didn’t always look like that.. I was a stud in High school k literally sophomore varsity starting linebacker pretty damn good too but I’m getting off track soooo back to this dude.. this is kinda embarrassing and by kinda I mean like a lot a lot.!! But there’s something about the past that keeps me going and yup you guessed it.. NEVER WANTING TO GO BACK TO THAT AGAIN!!! I was literally so insecure shy depressed angry and worse of all I was in DENIAL! I mean yeah deep inside that big ass gut I knew I was fat! But the people around me that cared about me would shelter me and say that I looked good.. talk about a white lie! Lol but that did more damage than good.. eventually certain events in my life lead me to pursue what at the time seemed impossible to me! Literally seemed impossible I would talk myself out of trying to loose weight.. I’d say to my self I’d never look like I wanted to or that it was going to take too long basically any excuse that You can think of I came up with! and honestly I think I was just AFRAID of FAILURE! But in my eyes I was already a failure! So that’s when I decided it was time to take action! I knew I couldn’t do it on my own so that’s when these people came into my life literally the coolest group of people I’ve had the honor to meet.. and with a little hard work (actually a lot of hard work puke tears and every emotion you can think of) i changed my bad habits and turned myself into the Strong confident SEXY ASS MAN you see in the tank! So yeah to anyone going through the same struggle or anyone who is in the shoes that I was in.. just remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel even if that light seems light years away! Just know that if I did it literally anyone can do it! Just keep on pushing and remember it’s a marathon not a race! Keep your head up and enjoy the process!
