UCI's Only Co-Ed Medical Fraternity Welcome to the UCI CA Epsilon Chapter of Phi Delta Epsilon.

Founded in 2004 by four undergraduates with a willingness and ambition to pursue careers in the medical field, they founded this chapter and aimed to dedicate themselves and members to embodying the principles of philanthropy, deity, education and equity. At UCI, our chapter not only represents the goals and mission of the International Fraternity By-laws, but also creates a warm and supporting environment for members. The active members of the chapter grow closer as we assist and support each other in realizing our common goal for the future: becoming a well rounded physician. Through weekly meetings with doctors, med students and other professionals, we foster stable surroundings to establish the foundation for pre-med students to learn the how-to’s of preparing for medical school. Unique to the UCI CA Epsilon chapter is the following: the members in our chapter have grown to accept each other as family. Students come into the fraternity as modest, young men and women looking to find others with the same purpose, and they find and form friendships that last a lifetime.

From March 18-22, we established a gofundme to raise as much money as we can for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Week. The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals raise funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Donations go towards CHOC to fund critical treatments, healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.

Please donate anything you can, whether it be $1 to $100. Any donation will make an impact on kids like Hailey who need the proper medical care but cannot afford it.

Phi Delta Epsilon would like to thank the men and women who so valiantly and bravely served our country. 🇺🇸✨

Pictured (left to right): Richard N. Roger, M.D., received a silver star on March 27, 1968 in Saigon, Vietnam and Mark Footerman, DE Alpha chapter, served as a medic in the U.S Army and remains proudly involved in veteran organizations on campus.

These men are great examples of our motto, Facta-Non-Verba: Deeds Not Words.
