There’s something deeply grounding about simply being in the presence of people who have devoted their lives to ancient wisdom and natural healing.
At the Expo, I had the chance to spend time with shamans and traditional healers whose connection to the Earth, spirit, and ancestral knowledge is truly inspiring. Sometimes it’s not even about the conversation — just sharing the space and feeling the depth of that presence is powerful in itself.
Grateful for these moments and the wisdom that still walks among us.
