Behind The Scene Thoughts:

Never would I have imagined I’d be doing many videos and in the shower at that. 😂

A few weeks ago in the shower, I got the guidance, ‘You need to do a shower meditation for people.’

My logical mind was like, ‘Excuse me, what? Really? lol.’

Talk about getting uncomfortable. lol.

Then I got, ‘This is something people need to know. Some are locked down and can’t leave the house. Some are feeling stressed with so many things going on. This will help them.’

I surrendered and tapped in my heart space and said, ‘Okay, this is for those who need this.’

This week, I was being reminded to do it so here it is!

We often hold onto things that doesn’t serve us as if it’s a part of our innate identity.

Some wear it like a badge of honor.

It’s unsettling to see unfavorable beliefs and behaviors held onto so tightly.

Throughout the decades of getting to know and understand people intimately and deeply, I’ve never met anyone who truly benefitted from this.

It has held them back so much.

It’s sad for me to witness this.

I wish I can do it for them but I can’t.

What I can do is send a reminder to say…

Just because you have these fears, worries and self-doubts doesn’t mean you need to keep them.

It’s always a good time to let them go and invite the goodness in.

Feel overwhelmed and things aren’t going your way?

When we feel this way, we’re often too worried about something we don’t have control over.

We’re so worried that we forget about the things we do have.

Pause for a moment and take a look around you.

Look at the many things you already have.

You’re reading this on your phone.

Take a look outside at that beautiful sky and sunshine.

You’re breathing.

Put your hand over your heart and feel that heartbeat thumping.

That, alone, is so much to be thankful for.

In this very moment, tell us, what are you grateful for?

As for me, I’m thankful you’re here reading this.

Often times we let the negative self-talk and doubt override our mind.

We let it control our actions.

We let it limit us to our greatest potential.

We let it tell us what we’re capable of doing.

We let it keep us safe and stay where we are… . . . for far too long!

Most of those thoughts aren’t true.

But we let ourselves believe they are.

To what end?

To the day we die with regrets?

I’ve heard many stories of regret.

Is that the life we really want to continue living?

I’m sure you’re saying, ‘Of course not!’

If that’s the case, then let’s start upgrading our mindset to a positive one.

The one that will say, ‘I’m not going to let my fears and doubt stop me from living my life.’

‘I will start living the life I’ve always wanted.’

‘I believe I can and will achieve this.’

‘If I fail, I will learn from this experience and figure out a better way.’

‘I will not give up and do whatever it takes to live life with no regrets.’

So, are you going to continue denying yourself of a fulfilled and happy life?
