It's MS Awareness Week

Living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can affect more than just physical health. Research shows that 25–50% of people with MS experience depression at some point, making mental health support an important part of overall care.

Managing a chronic illness can bring feelings of stress, grief, anxiety, and isolation. You do not have to navigate those challenges alone.

At OCHP, our therapists provide support for individuals living with chronic health conditions like MS. Therapy can help you process difficult emotions, build coping strategies, and strengthen resilience while navigating life with a chronic condition.

If you or someone you love is living with MS and struggling with depression or anxiety, we are here to help. Give us a call to get more information!
