Ingredients (Serves 1):
3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds or h**p hearts
1 tbsp sugar-free granola or slivered almonds

Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, then half of the berries.
