Ingredients (Makes 2 servings):
¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (just the dry mix)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped fresh strawberries 🍓
2 tbsp low-fat graham cracker crumbs (optional, for base or topping)
1 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Layer yogurt mixture into two small jars or bowls.
3. Add chopped strawberries on top.
4. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and whipped topping if desired.
5. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
