We had an incredible time connecting with the community at the recent job fair sponsored by Clipboard Health! Our Business Office Director and Wellness Assistant teamed up to host our booth. The event was a success as we met so many passionate healthcare professionals looking to take the next step in their careers.

We are so proud to host Carter’s BloodCare today. Leading the way, our amazing resident, Maggie, and our Executive Director, Kassie, were the very first in line to donate this morning!

A Meaningful Visit to the National Medal of Honor Museum

Our residents enjoyed an inspiring outing to the National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington. The experience offered a powerful look into the stories of courage, sacrifice, and service that represent the highest traditions of the U.S. military.

During the visit, residents explored interactive exhibits and learned about the personal histories of Medal of Honor recipients—ordinary people who performed extraordinary acts. The museum’s thoughtful displays and immersive storytelling allowed everyone to connect deeply with the bravery and resilience embodied by our American heroes.

The spirit of the French Quarter officially took over Lilac Trace for our Mardi Gras Celebration! It was an evening filled with soulful melodies from our live performer and a festive parade that had everyone cheering. From the colorful beads to the delicious New Orleans-inspired feast, the energy was absolutely electric.

Our residents had a wonderful afternoon with a little friendly competition during our Festive Valentine’s Bingo. From heart-shaped markers to sweet treats, it was the perfect way to celebrate the season of love.

There’s nothing we love more than seeing these smiles and hearing the cheers of "BINGO!" echo through the room. It was a heartwarming day spent with some of our favorite people, proving that life at Lilac Trace is always full of heart. 💌🌹
