Our favorite part of this weekend: meeting the amazing clinicians who have been using our app since October. WE WEREN'T EVEN LAUNCHED YET and they took a chance on us to provide their knowledge and training. It is so fun to see how they have taken the information to increase their income and improve their outcomes. When it comes down to it, you can thank them for what our platform is today because their feedback truly created My Aesthetic Training. 🤩

If you missed our Industry Night Out Event 2 weeks ago, be sure to catch this conversation. We filmed our discussion with therapist, James Beasley, on how we can better navigate treating patients with negative self worth. We learned how to identify red flags, how to gracefully deny treatment and how to communicate our concerns with these patients. As a medical professional, it is our duty to take great care of our patients...even when that means denying the treatment when there are contraindications.

Knowing these endpoints are only half of it. The true mastery comes with how to adjust your settings to get there:
💥Global erythema
💥Dermacated redness for rosacea
💥Vessels disappear, darken or tissue becomes demarcated
💥Pigment darkens

Training someone else on the craft you have been honing for almost a decade is the most humbling thing I have ever experienced. To be quite honest, it's a shot to the ego. Wrapping up all of your clinical pearls and treatment wisdom in what has worked best in your practice and entrusting that knowledge to someone else is to take it and make it their own is....hard. But that's what I am focused on right now to ensure that every patient gets the bet outcomes possible. My ego, for amazing results provided by others.... it's a trade I'll make any day ❤️
