The 11-week online book study of Feeling & Healing Your Emotions by Conrad Baars offers guidance for more emotional and spiritual wholeness. You will learn to understand the differences between:

You will learn that all emotions are positive aspects of our nature and discover how a fully developed emotional life can strengthen your spiritual life.
