I receive abundant, unlimited blessings from multiple sources.
I have everything I need right here and right now.
I focus my energy on self development, healing, love, inner peace, impact, focus and unparalleled success.
I release any heaviness that burdens my mind, body and spirit.
I am ONE with the INFINITE.
I am a blessings to others.
I expand my potential every day.
I do not wait to be chosen.
I choose me.
I learn something new everyday.
My mind is clear, focused and capable of more than I can imagine.
My imagination is activated.
I am available for Source to flow through me.
I am guided and protected.

My practice today was not fancy—simply gentle stretches, slow breathing, and enough space to listen to what’s really going on particularly in my side body.

If you’ve been moving fast, holding too much, or feeling tight in more ways than one… here’s your to pause. If you haven’t been moving much lately, this practice is perfect for you…To breathe. To move gently. To come back home to yourself. Support your knees with a rolled mat, towel or pillow if you need to. 💞

Slow down with me. Move with me. Your nervous system will thank you.

🎙️ Last night, I had the honor of being invited as a guest speaker for a grief support group.
We shared space, stories, and stillness — and I shared that healing doesn’t always come from grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s the simplest practices that create the deepest shifts.

A single conscious breath.
A moment of grounding your feet to the floor.
The gentle act of placing a hand over your heart.

These small, embodied moments begin to disrupt the intensity of deep grief and help soften the high levels of stress that live in our bodies after loss. This is how we regulate the nervous system — not through perfection, but through presence.

When we return to the body, we return to ourselves. 🌿
And in that sacred space, healing quietly unfolds.

They say “Grief is Love with nowhere to go.”
Sometimes grief is love searching for a place to land. As my son’s 🕊️birthday approaches, I’ve been reflecting on how I’m channeling that love into creating a little more rest and healing for myself and others.

When you can’t sleep, your spirit can’t speak.

I’ve learned that sleepless nights aren’t just about rest……
they’re about messages from within.

Sometimes the body is whispering what the heart couldn’t say out loud.
Your soul deserves silence.
Your nervous system deserves safety.
And your spirit deserves a chance to be heard through gentle rest.

🌙Let this be your reminder:
you don’t have to push through exhaustion to prove your strength.
You don’t have to be strong in the traditional sense.
There is so much strength in softness & leaning in to rest, silence & release.

Inner Peace is your birthright.

Last night was rough. I had a WHOLE MOMENT! Maybe it was because my son’s b-day is coming up next month. Maybe it was because I’ve hardly had a moment to pause & be with my emotions. I was reminded that we don’t have to be strong all the time and there’s strength in softening especially when we carrying and holding a heavy load.

Maybe it’s not tiredness — maybe it’s your body whispering that you’ve been holding too much for too long.

Your body remembers what your mind tries to move past. Emotional holding is how your nervous system protects you — until it feels safe to release. The first step isn’t to push harder… it’s to pause and listen.

This is your reminder: The pause isn’t weakness. It’s where your nervous system exhales.
