In the face of adversity, I choose resilience. I welcome challenges as opportunities for growth, knowing that each obstacle I overcome makes me stronger and more resilient than before. I am capable, resourceful, and resilient in the face of any challenge that comes my way.

During times of intense emotions, I practice mindfulness to ground myself in the present moment. Taking deep breaths and focusing on sensations in my body helps me stay centered and calm. I acknowledge my emotions without judgment, allowing myself to feel them fully before deciding how to respond.

When emotions feel overwhelming, I turn to healthy coping strategies such as journaling, exercise, or talking to a trusted friend or therapist.
