We're a clinical therapeutic wellness practice serving Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, with locations in Irwin and White Oak. We are a results-oriented practice built around chronic pain relief, TMJ treatment, mobility restoration, and ongoing therapeutic maintenance for working professionals. With over 150 five-star Google reviews and Best of Westmoreland County recognition, we have an established reputation for clinical-quality care.

About the Role:

We are hiring a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to work across both locations. This is a structured, low-overhead role with administrative support, an established client base, and a clear path to more hours as the practice grows. It suits someone who wants meaningful clinical work without managing their own marketing or scheduling.

Schedule:

- Flexible and well managed
- Both locations available
- Weekday and weekend work available based on weekly room availability at clinics
- Work up to your capacity per day

What We're Looking For:

- Current Pennsylvania massage therapy license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong skills in therapeutic modalities, specifically deep tissue, myofascial release, or trigger point work
- Comfortable working with clients managing chronic pain, tension headaches, or restricted mobility
- Reliability and consistency; we're building long-term schedules, not filling in gaps
- Comfortable working across two locations within the same county
- Therapist that wants to be part of a dynamic team approach to treating clients

Five years ago today… and somehow it still doesn’t feel real.

We lost my daughter, Rochelle—our Shelly.
A piece of me went with her that day, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t feel it.

I miss her voice.
I miss her laugh.
I miss the way she lit up a room without even trying.

Shelly had this way about her… she made people feel loved, seen, taken care of. Whether it was through her cooking or just who she was, she gave so much of herself to everyone around her. That was her gift.

And that’s why "A Seat at Shelly’s Table" means everything to me.

Because as much as this pain never leaves, neither does her love.
Every meal served, every person helped, every moment we give back… that’s her. That’s her heart still working through us.

There are days this still knocks the wind out of me.
Days I wish I could just hear her say “Dad” one more time.

But I carry her with me in everything I do.

Ella and Grayson will grow up knowing their Aunt Shelly… not just in stories, but in the impact she continues to make. In the love that still reaches people, even now.

Shelly, I miss you more than words will ever be able to say.
