I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work from an Experiential systems approach, which might be different than other therapists you've had in the past. My vision of therapy focuses more on how the world and the different "systems" with which you interact impact your life. These include family, school, current or previous partners, and multicultural elements like race, nationality, gender identity, s*xual orientation, and much more. I provide therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families with various presenting concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, s*x and relationships, and changes through the lifespan. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness and facilitate change in your day-to-day relationships, allowing for a more congruent way of life. I hope to create a non-judgmental, warm, and safe environment for you to explore your needs on how to grow and change.
