🎅🎄 What a holly, jolly holiday season at Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon! Our residents had an absolute blast celebrating with a visit from the big man himself, Santa Claus, a surprise appearance by a mischievous 🎁💚 Grinch, and plenty of laughter, smiles, and festive cheer along the way.

🎉✨ We wrapped it all up in style by getting as festive for our New Year’s Eve celebration. We'll be ringing in the new year surrounded by joy, friendship, and fun. We can’t wait to keep celebrating with you in the year ahead! 🥂🎆
