Who is Total Body Relaxation?

Hello! My name is Kristy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Total Body Relaxation.

Total Body Relaxation is my heart, my dream, my passion. If you have pain, stress, and/or anxiety, I would love to work with you to help you find balance and feel whole again. I love helping people and Total Body Relaxation is my avenue to do so.

I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy and strive to provide a safe space for you to enter into and get what you need. I am constantly searching out and learning more therapies, modalities, and techniques from continuing education classes to integrate into your personalized session as needed.
