Dear Friends,
During this deeply painful time in our state, many in our community are experiencing grief, fear, stress, and uncertainty. So many Minnesotans from diverse backgrounds are overwhelmed and in need of connection, care, and support.

At WillowBridge, we stand with our neighbors in caring for one another. Healing looks like strength, unity, and community. It also looks like rest, breathwork, gentle movement, and compassion with ourselves and each other. We are here to support you alongside our partners Ohana Chiropractic & Wellness, Sunrise Wellness, and Family Based Therapy Associates. Our shared hope is to provide a safe, nurturing space for healing as we move forward together.

To support anyone seeking calm and community, we will be offering two free meditation classes this week in the WillowBridge Yoga Studio:

• Thursday, January 29 at noon

• Friday, January 30 at 11:00 am

Take time to care for your body and mind, and nourish your spirit as we uplift each other and our community.

To brighten these freezing days, we’re offering 25% off all class packs on 01/23 & 01/24. Grab a class pack and book a Hot Yoga class to heat things up. Hot Yoga links breath and movement in a room up to 105°F. A continuous flow of breath connected to movement with balance, core, strength, and flexibility. Why Yoga?

The physical benefits of yoga are immense.
