Unfortunately, a calorie deficit really does work.

There’s no secret diet, detox, or viral fad you need to follow. Weight loss comes down to how much you’re eating, not cutting out entire food groups. The key is prioritizing nutrient-dense foods so your body stays fueled, strong, and energized while you’re creating that deficit.

It doesn't matter if you're a carnivor, doing keto, vegetarian or vegan. The formula for fat loss is burn more calories than you consume.

This can be easier said than done.

If you're cells are not getting the proper nutrients, your body will be starving on a cellular level. You'll end up over eating and be stuck in this constant loop that makes sustainable progress seem impossible.

Start by changing one habit at a time. Tracking calories. Every. Single. One. Including drinks.

Fasting isn’t about restriction — it’s about repair.

When you give your body a break from constant digestion, it can redirect energy toward things like:
• Cellular clean-up
• Improved metabolic efficiency
• Reduced inflammation
• Mental clarity and focus
• Supporting insulin sensitivity

Think of fasting like scheduled maintenance for your body — less incoming work, more internal repair.

Fasting looks different for everyone. Some people practice intermittent fasting, others do short fasts, and many simply extend the time between dinner and breakfast. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
