Unfortunately, a calorie deficit really does work.
There’s no secret diet, detox, or viral fad you need to follow. Weight loss comes down to how much you’re eating, not cutting out entire food groups. The key is prioritizing nutrient-dense foods so your body stays fueled, strong, and energized while you’re creating that deficit.
It doesn't matter if you're a carnivor, doing keto, vegetarian or vegan. The formula for fat loss is burn more calories than you consume.
This can be easier said than done.
If you're cells are not getting the proper nutrients, your body will be starving on a cellular level. You'll end up over eating and be stuck in this constant loop that makes sustainable progress seem impossible.
