⭐️Made homemade meatballs and sauce which can be put over many things.
⭐️Using a small bowl to help control portion sizes!
⭐️Saved a few meatballs to make meatball sandwiches too!
⭐️Special ingredient to add natural sweetness to the sauce without sugar…
Green pepper! It also is known to boost immunity, support eye and heart health, aid in digestion and help with weight loss with its low calorie high fiber profile!

Sunday dinner heading into the crockpot! Meal #2 prepared a week ago at our freezer meal event! For label directions I reminded myself of what needed to be added during the cooking process. Thanks to Julie Penrose for the great tip she shared in our class! 🎉

Another meal in the books without a kitchen! Was motivated by watching “Somebody Feed Phil”!
It definitely takes longer to make a meal and clean up and we definitely appreciate a home cooked meal so much more!
Last night’s dinner, grilled salmon, from scratch risotto with spinach and a salad!
If you have not seen Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix, check it out. So many awesome recipe ideas! I have taken notes and cannot wait to cook in my new kitchen! If they work out,they may end up on the menu at a future cooking class🫐🍓🥕
