This week, Leo and Bella both completed their intensive programs with us!

Over the last three weeks, these two rockstars made incredible progress. 💪✨

Bella made improvements in 👇

➡️ Head and trunk control, allowing her to keep her head upright and centered for longer periods
➡️ Hip and overall leg strength and endurance
➡️ Safe participation in kneeling and standing activities for longer durations, helping reduce future surgical risk

Leo made improvements in 👇

➡️ Activity endurance, core strength, and sitting balance
➡️ Maintaining sitting with minimal assistance while playing with his sister, Anna
➡️ Standing tolerance and lower-extremity strength, creating more opportunities for interaction at home and at school

We couldn’t be prouder of these two. Bella and Leo show up with determination every single day, and their hard work truly shines.

They’ve completed multiple intensives this year, and we’re so grateful to watch them finish 2025 on such a high note.

Their progress always amazes us, yet never surprises us!!

We love you both. Congratulations, Bella and Leo! 💙

We are SO excited to announce that our November Client of the Month is…Georgia! 💙

When Georgia first started her journey with us, her family was navigating some tough challenges.

Walking had become harder, and her mom’s biggest goal was to help her grow stronger and avoid major surgery.

From the very beginning, Georgia showed up with courage, grit, and that unstoppable spirit we all love.

Fast forward to today…she’s walking with more confidence, keeping up with her friends, and even running and playing soccer again! ⚽💪

Georgia’s progress is proof of what’s possible when perseverance meets heart.
We couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come and we can’t wait to see what she does next!

We are SO excited to announce our Breakthrough Family Holiday Cookie Exchange Party will be on Sunday, December 7th @ 11:00AM! 🍪

Last year, this party was an absolute blast.

Not only were there TONS of cookies (and we mean, endless cookies…), it was amazing seeing so many of our BT families connect with one another, while also enjoying some hot cocoa and taking family pictures with Santa! ☃️

We would love for all of our Breakthrough families to come down to the office on 12/07, bring your signature (or favorite) cookie dish, and enjoy a festive day filled with connection and laughter.
