We are SO excited to announce that our November Client of the Month is…Georgia! 💙

When Georgia first started her journey with us, her family was navigating some tough challenges.

Walking had become harder, and her mom’s biggest goal was to help her grow stronger and avoid major surgery.

From the very beginning, Georgia showed up with courage, grit, and that unstoppable spirit we all love.

Fast forward to today…she’s walking with more confidence, keeping up with her friends, and even running and playing soccer again! ⚽💪

Georgia’s progress is proof of what’s possible when perseverance meets heart.
We couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come and we can’t wait to see what she does next!

We are SO excited to announce our Breakthrough Family Holiday Cookie Exchange Party will be on Sunday, December 7th @ 11:00AM! 🍪

Last year, this party was an absolute blast.

Not only were there TONS of cookies (and we mean, endless cookies…), it was amazing seeing so many of our BT families connect with one another, while also enjoying some hot cocoa and taking family pictures with Santa! ☃️

We would love for all of our Breakthrough families to come down to the office on 12/07, bring your signature (or favorite) cookie dish, and enjoy a festive day filled with connection and laughter.

It’s a lively, peer-support workshop for brothers and sisters of kids with special needs, where they can:

What a year it has been for our Sibshops program.

We welcomed so many new sibs, fostered a supportive & safe space, had SO much fun, and built lasting connections.

Our last in-person Sibshops of 2025 is happening Sunday, November 16th!

We can’t wait to fill the room with laughter, sharing, and new memories.

Our one-hour Group Fitness Classes are designed to boost:

💙 Strength
💙Flexibility
💙Endurance
💙 Overall fitness for a healthier lifestyle

Each bootcamp-style session challenges you with new exercises and routines, from balance work to endurance drills…all in a fun, supportive group setting that keeps you motivated and connected.

Our favorite part is when we get to see participants root one another on when exercises can start to feel challenging!

These classes are always a party! We have so much fun, it barely feels like work! 🔥

Leah & her family traveled to Breakthrough and completed two intensive programs.

Her mom, Katie, shares what her experience doing two intensives was like 👇

“There was like a 50/50 chance she may or may not talk. We didn’t know what to expect and then just out of nowhere like okay then just our session this time we already noticed improvement in her speech and everything else.

Now she doesn’t want to use her walker. We kept asking her ‘Do you want to use your walker?’ and she says ‘No, I’ll hold your pinky’.

Breakthrough really gave her the push she needed and has blown us away since.

All these gains she has had since Breakthrough, we’re very optimistic for the future now because we didn’t know what to expect.

Her confidence has improved because that’s what she was lacking before we started because we figured she could walk by herself but she’s like no, no.

She just needs more confidence in herself and this time around we definitely noticed because I could tell ‘oh, you’re going to come walk to me’ and she would always say ‘no, no I no walk’. Just this morning she walked right up to me and gave me a hug, definitely a confidence booster.”
