Cupping therapy has a long history, with evidence of its use dating back thousands of years in ancient cultures like Egypt, Greece, and China.

Join Jamie Love, licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor; as she guides you through an evening of Thai Massage, also known as Thai Yoga.

We will start the class with a grounding meditation and a slow flow to warm up the body. A brief introduction to Thai massage will be offered along with a demonstration of our sequence for the night. Class will end with each participant giving and receiving a 40 minute massage, verbally and visually guided by the instructor.

Thai massage is a practice that has its main focus on movement of internal energy. Working the sen lines (energy lines) with compression, joint manipulation and yogic like stretches. This form of bodywork helps to remove stagnant internal energy, calms the nervous system, stretches and lengthens muscles and creates a state of deep relaxation.

Come with a friend or come solo to be paired up with another participant.

Valentine’s Day
Friday, Feb. 14, 6:00-8:00pm

Wear comfy yoga or gym clothes

Exchange $40 per person or $75 for a pair signing up together.
