“Can my passed loved ones hear me when I talk to them?”

This is a question that I get a lot!

The answer is…Of course! Absolutely! 100000% yes!!

They aren’t in physical form anymore. They are in their(our) true form!

Energy, a Soul, Love!

Energy doesn’t NEED ears! Energy is what we are all made of! Energy is beyond boundaries that we can comprehend.

They know when we are thinking about them, they can hear us when we talk about them and are 100% with you when you cry for them.

So the next time you think of them, feel them or talk about them just know that they can hear you and are very willing to chat back! Be open to that!

My poor grandma probably gets a kick out of it when me and my daughter walk around the house screaming her name because we want her to come visit. ❤️

What is the Shadow Self?

Coined by Carl Jung, this term refers to the hidden parts of you that you have deemed unworthy or don’t like.

It is all the emotions and characteristics of ourselves that we have locked away. BUT the beauty of it is, is that the shadow self is the self we need to sit down with and learn more about.

Your shadow self is the part of you that holds the answers on how you can get to your next “level”!

When someone makes you mad…did THEY actually make you mad or did something get “triggered” inside of you which is what actually made you mad?
When this happens, pause and feel into the WHEN this feeling was first felt.

When you heal a shadow self part, the reaction you would have felt previously is no longer felt! That’s the magic of it.

In reference to Mediumship and your development, working on shadow work is sooo important!
