Reiki is a relaxation technique that helps the body settle down, release tension, and reset from stress.
You stay fully clothed and just lie comfortably on a massage table while I use light touch or hands-off techniques to help your nervous system shift out of “fight or flight” mode.
Most people describe it as:
• deeply calming
• mentally clearing
• a massage for the Soul
There’s nothing you have to believe in.
There’s nothing you need to do.
You simply relax, and your body takes over from there.
