The seasons are shifting and your body feels it 🌿
We move out of the quiet, inward stillness of Winter and into the Wood element. A season of growth, new beginnings, and forward momentum. Think of it like a seed that has been resting underground all Winter, finally ready to push through the soil and reach toward the light.
The organs of Spring are the Liver and Gallbladder. Together they govern the smooth flow of qi and blood, support our tendons and flexibility, and even influence how clearly we see, both physically and emotionally. When this energy is flowing well, we feel motivated, clear headed, and ready to move. When it’s stuck, the body has a way of letting us know. Tension, headaches, irritability, mood swings, digestive issues, and that hard to shake feeling of being stuck are all signs your Liver qi may need some attention.
This is also the season to ask yourself: what am I ready to release? What seeds am I planting for the months ahead?
There are simple ways to support your body as we move through this transition. Get outside. Move your body. Add more greens to your plate. Let go of what no longer serves you. And if your body has been sending signals that something is off, acupuncture is a wonderful way to restore balance and help you move into this season with more ease, clarity, and energy.
Whether you are navigating physical symptoms, stress, or simply want to move into this season with more ease, I am here. Book here https://rootedflow-wellness.com
