Yesterday was a fun and fulfilling day at the Snoqualmie Valley YMCA/Community Center! I loved seeing friends, meeting new faces, offering glass fire cupping, and connecting with so many thoughtful vendors. Community spaces like this are always a reminder of how meaningful this work can be.

Hey! I’m back. For those of you who are new, my name is Monee and I am a licensed acupuncturist and founder of Rooted Flow Wellness. It has been a while since I’ve shown up here. Much of my connection with clients these last few years has been happening offline through my practice, word of mouth, and community referrals.

As I return to this space, my intention is to share more of the work I love, more education, and more grounding support for women in every stage of life. My practice focuses on women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal balance, facial rejuvenation, cupping, and herbal medicine.

I’m grateful to continue growing with this community and excited to reconnect with both familiar and new faces. Thank you for being here with me as Rooted Flow Wellness begins this next chapter. 🩵
