LCS is proud to announce it has been recognized - for the seventh consecutive year - as #1 in resident satisfaction among independent senior living communities in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study. The award secures LCS’ place as the most awarded independent senior living company in the history of the J.D. Power U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study.

LCS also achieved #1 in all six resident satisfaction factors measured: Dining, Community Building/Grounds, Resident Apartment/Living Unit, Price Paid for Services Received, Community Staff and Resident Activities. LCS has stayed in the #1 spot in each of these categories for the past seven years.

The B.R.A.V.E. (Briarwood Radical Audio Visual Experience)

Welcome to "Club B"!

For this exciting, sensory-stimulating event, brought to the residents by DJ Dan (Danica) and TrindianaJones (Trinda), we transported residents back to their 20s with up-tempo electronic dance music (EDM), lights and lasers, trinkets to trade with friends, and learning the “P.L.U.R.R.” way. PLURR is a standard of principles (Peace Love Unity Respect and Responsibility) that promotes inclusiveness for all!

This was surely a novel experience for our residents, but it is one of the many ways our department connects with and challenges our residents to new thinking, trends, and opportunities. Residents, staff, volunteers, and a few family members enjoyed music, dancing, and a chance to spend time together.
