🤗 Hug more. Your heart will thank you.

Hugging isn’t just comforting — it can reduce your risk of heart disease, lower stress, boost immunity, and strengthen emotional bonds. Why? Because it releases oxytocin, often called the cuddle hormone.

Oxytocin builds trust, intimacy, and secure attachment. It supports healthy relationships, increases fidelity, improves sleep, lowers cortisol (stress hormone), and even enhances emotional memory.

Benefits of oxytocin include:
• Reduced stress on mind & body
• Stronger emotional bonds
• Improved social skills & generosity
• Better sleep & relationship health
• Lower blood pressure & heart rate
• Stronger immune function

Even simple acts of connection can powerfully support your heart, hormones, and overall vitality.

My Foundational Assessment can help you create a personalized health plan that reflects your unique goals—whether that means increasing energy, recovering faster, balancing hormones, or simply feeling like your best self again.
