Saturday's was truly something special 💞 We gathered in sisterhood, shared energy, and created space for deep rest and healing.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported this beautiful evening 🙏🏼 Your presence made it magical.

Event Highlights:
🧘‍♀️ Relaxing Yin Yoga led by the amazing Paddling Yogini LLC – grounding, restorative, and heart-opening.
🔊✨ Sound Bath Meditation guided by the lovely BodyNew Integrative Medicine Health Coaching with Hester Morrissey – a journey of vibration, stillness, and release.
