Sleep is one of the biggest foundations of a child’s health—and we’re taking a deeper dive into it! 💤😴💤

At our clinic, we’ve been working with families through sleep consultations for kids, looking at the full picture. Sometimes that means reviewing labs, bringing in specialists, or exploring things like mouth taping when appropriate. Every child is different, so it’s important to talk with us first to make sure it’s a safe and helpful option.

This brave little patient wanted to try mouth taping in the clinic and even gave permission for us to capture the moment. How cute is that?!
